SuiteTV Quick Checklist

  • The “iptv mode” in Client Config is “2”, instead of “5”.

    Use Site Config | Client console

    • Click the star icon to show all settings

    • Search for “iptvmode”

    • Set its value to “5-TVGuide”

    • Save the change

  • Possible reason:

    • CCg4 was once configured with the TV for casting, and the “chromecast” object was added to the device’s spec.

    • DClient handles it if CCg4 should do casting, not the TV’s built-in Googlecast

    Use Front Desk Cons

    • Check if the device’s spec has “chromecast” object

    • If yes, remove the chromecast object
