Online Server host

If the Server has internet connectivity and allows connections to http://cls.infovalue.com, the Server will automatically be provided with licensing once Vytio has provisioned for it.

Click on the “Refresh License” option at the top right corner. Verify licensing on the License tab:

  • Server pane: Licensing = perpetual

  • Site pane > Select site > Site License > Licensing = perpetual

If Vytio has already provisioned for the license but the server hasn’t been updated, click on the “Sync License” option at the top right corner. Then click on the “Refresh License” option.

Offline Server host

If the Server doesn’t have internet connectivity to cls.infovalue.com, request Vytio to send offline license files.

You will be sent multitple license files, one for the server and the others for the respective sites. Each siteID will have its own license file. Copy the files into the IPTV Server (C:\IVSoftware).

  • Click on the Import License option at the top right corner.

  • Browse for the license file (one by one) to import.

  • Click on the “Refresh License” option at the top right corner.
